Legionella risk assessments – £70+VAT

These are the cornerstone of meeting your legal requirement as a landlord to assess and control the risk of exposure to legionella in your property. A legionella risk assessor will visit each property and inspect the water system to assess the risk from legionella. The findings will be presented in a detailed report.

PAT Testing – £60+VAT (up to 15 items)

We offer Portable Appliance Testing as well as legionella risk assessments. PAT testing involves visually and electrically testing all portable electrical appliances in a property, and it is recommended this is carried out on an annual basis.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) – from £90+VAT (see our full price list here)

We are now able to offer Energy Performance Certificates for all rented properties. An EPC is a document which shows the energy efficiency and carbon emissions of a property. These are legally required before a property can be advertised to rent and last for ten years.

Gas and Electrical Services – various prices (see our full price list here)

We understand the value of using a single contractor to arrange all your landlord compliance checks.
